Returns|Refunds
Yes. We accept returns or exchanges on full-priced items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please email us at info@maisondecotton.com.au with your proof of purchase and reason for return before sending anything back.
We do not offer returns on items purchased during promotional discounts or marked as final sale, unless the item is faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
We gladly accept returns for faulty items. Our products are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If your item has a major fault, you are entitled to a refund or replacement, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
